Shuswap Land Services offers the services of a senior member of the International Right of Way Association (SR/WA).

 John Harper has been involved in the discipline of real estate appraisal for 18 years, having direct right-of-way experience with a major gas transportation company (NOVA Corporation) over the last six years. Expertise and fee for service consulting is available in the following areas:

The discipline of real estate appraisal encompasses many areas of real property investigation (title examination, survey plan analysis, urban and rural land uses patterns, statutes of law, public relations). Through appraisal and right-of-way issues, experience in areas such as; disturbance, nuisance and inconvenience, easement evaluation, route surveillance, and construction inspection is available.

 Shuswap Land Services combines the disciplines of real estate appraisal, right-of-way and environmental services to offer the client a broad spectrum of expertise in dealing with landowners in sensitive areas of negotiation and compensation.
